Account Eligibility

Registration & Account Verification

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the m9win platform. Holding more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing fund balances.

Password Security

Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Deposit

M9win accepts deposits via a wide range of local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and supported cryptocurrencies. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your gaming account within seconds.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 or equivalent depending on the payment method.

Prohibited Conduct

• Owning or attempting to own more than one account.

• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorized gain.

Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting the m9win customer support team. Prior to closure, all rollover requirements tied to active bonuses must be fulfilled, and any eligible remaining funds will be returned to you via your original payment method.

Closure by M9Win

M9win reserves the right to suspend or close an account if:

• There has been a breach of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Account activity suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities.
• User failed to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• There is a directive from the relevant authorities to freeze or close the account.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, m9win reserves the right to withhold any bonus balance and winnings obtained through activities that breached those terms.

Liability Limits
